How to reserve your photography sessions
All photographers need to schedule sessions and time on the farm as described below. Upon arrival, all photographers must check in with a cashier at the red barn before entering the field.
- Choose an available date from the open dates listed on this page.
- Choose your session length (see the session fees).
- Mail a check (no cash), payable to Ergle Christmas Tree Farm, to:

Dade City, FL 33523 - To confirm your reservation, all payments must be postmarked no later than October 15, 2026.
- Include a note in the envelope with your name, your company name, your telephone number, and the date and time you are reserving (A.M., P.M., all day, or one family for one hour).
- If you have not mailed your payment by October 15, 2026, please call or text Debbie to check availability before mailing your check. Reservations not paid in full by the deadline cannot be guaranteed.
- Dates are removed from the list as they fill up, so if you see a date listed before the deadline, it is available.

How do I book a photography session?
